The website at getfeathers.io is owned and operated by Feathers Inc. ("Feathers," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms govern use of this website (the "Site") only. They do not govern any engagement, statement of work, or agreement between Feathers and a client, which is governed by a separately signed contract. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent. You must be at least 18 to use the Site.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site. You may not scrape or republish content at scale, reverse-engineer any part of the Site, use it to build a competing product, or remove ownership notices from anything you're permitted to copy.

All content, trademarks, and IP on the Site — including, but not limited to, "Feathers," "Feathers Core," "Feathers Hybrid," "Feathers Bill Pay," and other related marks — belong to Feathers or its licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

Feedback you send us becomes ours to use however we want, royalty-free, without attribution.

Our research, case studies, methodology descriptions, and any statistics or projections published on this Site — including figures marked illustrative — are commentary, not guarantees of client results, and not professional, legal, or financial advice.

The Site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control and are not responsible for.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feathers Inc. and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from or related to these Terms or use of, or inability to use, the Site, whether the claim is based in contract, tort, or otherwise. Feathers's total liability for all claims under these Terms is capped at fifty United States dollars, regardless of how many claims are brought. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this limitation may not apply to you.

These Terms cover the Site only. If Feathers has a separate signed agreement with your organization for services, that agreement — not these Terms — governs liability for that engagement.

You agree to indemnify Feathers against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Feathers may suspend or terminate access at any time. Ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute-resolution provisions survive termination.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or related to them or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and Feathers each consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas for any dispute not resolved otherwise.

California Residents: Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, you are entitled to know that the provider of this Site is Feathers Inc., 1560 E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092. Residents of other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon, and Texas — may hold rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability, and rights to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. Nevada residents may direct us not to sell certain covered information under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. Our Privacy Policy explains how to submit that request.

Feathers may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the update. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Feathers regarding the Site. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without Feathers's written consent. By using the Site, you consent to receiving notices from us electronically.
